Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 bananas
2 cups strawberries
1 cup milk
1 cup plain yogurt

Directions:

Peel and slice bananas.  Wash and cut off tops of the strawberries.  Put into blender with the milk and yogurt.  Blend and serve.

Oatmeal/Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 ¼ cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup oats

Directions:
Beat egg, add milk and oil. Sift all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt; add along with whole wheat flour and oats to liquid. Mix just until mixed, but not smooth. Cook the same as other pancakes.
